Delete Your Vesikaa Account
You can request deletion of your Vesikaa account and associated personal data from inside the app or by emailing us. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account, and deleting your Vesikaa account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Delete In The App
- Open Vesikaa and sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Vesikaa account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before we delete it.
What Is Deleted
Account deletion removes or redacts account profile data, cloud-backed personal history, private profile data, notification tokens, sync metadata, and other personal data associated with your Vesikaa account, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Local-only data on devices where Vesikaa remains installed may also need to be removed from that device. The in-app deletion flow attempts to clear local Vesikaa data on the device where you start deletion.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, accounting, dispute, or app-store transaction purposes. Soul House or shared-content records may be deleted, redacted, anonymized, or tombstoned to preserve group integrity and moderation evidence.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. To stop future billing, manage or cancel the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that processed the purchase.
